Burlington’s annual Spring Cleanup Week is an opportunity for residents to clear yard debris, bulky items, and other materials at no extra cost. Waste Management will provide additional pickup on regular trash days during cleanup week.

You Are Invited to Attend Remotely

Residents and members of the public can attend City Council meetings and Audit & Finance Committee meetings remotely.

In-person attendance

Meetings continue to be held in person at City Council Chambers, 833 S. Spruce St., on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM. See City Council & Mayor for the schedule and exceptions.

ADA Accessibility Survey

The City of Burlington Americans with Disabilities Committee is asking residents and visitors to share their experiences using city facilities, parks, sidewalks, and services.

The survey takes about 10 minutes. Responses help the city prioritize ADA improvements in future capital projects.

New Dates, New Resources — Disaster Recovery Center for 2025 Flood Victims

The Disaster Recovery Center will be open at expanded hours through the end of May. Residents affected by the December 2025 Skagit River flood can stop by to apply for FEMA assistance, talk to a case manager, and pick up cleanup supplies.
